“Our experience with using Fermin from Aryex, LLC, as the builder of our custom Barndominium, was outstanding!! Originally, before we started the build process with Aryex, LLC, we planned to work with a different semi-custom home builder. Just before we were asked to sign the contract our estimated home price increased by 100K and yet it also was downsized from 4 bedrooms to 3. Thankfully, before we made the decision of whether to sign that contract, I was introduced to Fermin and instantly, I knew that I was dealing with a knowledgeable, genuine and honest person. We then decided to switch our plans and build our custom Barndominium with Fermin. "
